48 Hour Cancellation Policy

If your appointment is cancelled or needs to be rescheduled within 48 hours of your booked time you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior will result in a $100 fee which will need to be paid in full before rescheduling the appointment. This includes not being able to attend your appointment due to illness & COVID-19.
 

No Show

​

If an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a 50% no show fee. This fee needs to be paid before the appointment is rescheduled.
 

Late

Please be courteous to other clients and myself. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment as our appointments are scheduled in 15 minute blocks.
